2ND STRING IS NOT ALWAYS A BAD THING

Are you anxiously awaiting your moment for promotion?  Well, here are a few things to consider.  First, make sure you wait patiently and peacefully.  We often have a tendency to critique or chat negatively about the person in the position we want. This type of behavior only prolongs your promotion.  Instead, use this time to reflect on what you could do better.  While reflecting, you may find you are more talented than or just as talented as the person in that position.  However, you may lack the spinergy, or patience needed to be successful.  Ultimately, a delay is never a denial.  You never know who is watching or paying attention to you (your work ethic, attitude, dedication).  Remember a star doesn’t need a spotlight to shine.  Stay ready (good attitude, prepared) because you never know when you will be called to the starting line up.
