Motivational Mondays Vlog: Are you feeling stuck?

One of my clients recently wrote me an email asking advice about a question we have all had.  He asked, “Shannon, what do you do when you feel stuck”?

Specifically for Chris, he is an entrepreneur trying to get his latest venture off the ground.  However, whether you are an entrepreneur or working full time in corporate America, his question isn't too far off base for many of us.

What do we do when we feel stuck? In work, school, sports, goals or relationships?

Sometimes it's as simple as just changing up a normal routine.  Bored at the gym or with workouts?  Most places offer a trial session or two...or a month to try at a low cost. Switching up scenery and activity boost energy way more than for what we give it credit.  Try a new route to and from work.  Join new groups, and attend new networking groups or a local charity, Lions Club, meet new contacts.  New small changes can introduce us to many new people and opportunities!
