Specializing in the fusion of FITNESS & CHEERLEADING, I am the owner of FIT 2 CHEER, inventor of PoundPoms (weighted pom poms!) and creator of a NEW dance aerobic workout called CHEER CAMP w/PoundPoms! I also created a sports specific cheer conditioning training camp for Cheerleaders! I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, am a nationally certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Presenter and I live in Austin, TX. I discovered the concept of FIT 2 CHEER after returning to cheer on the alumni squad at my college homecoming. I realized what an amazing workout cheerleading is and unlike the cheerleaders of yesteryear to which we carried those big fluffy yet cumbersome pom poms, cheerleaders of today have it a bit easier utilizing a smaller version! This led me to create PoundPoms and the CHEER CAMP workout! Cheerleaders have always known that IT'S MORE THAN JUST STANDING ON THE SIDELINES and recognizing the synergies between the motions I performed as a collegiate cheerleader & the movements I now teach as a fitness pro, I realized that "It's Time We Start CHEERING for Fitness!"
