Welcome Them!

About me: I am a Wisconsin native now living in Tucson, AZ. I work as a Material Program Manager at Raytheon. My second life is dance. I am a company dancer with the Human Project Urban Dance Theater and I also teach at the Dance Loft. I love all aspects of performing, and I'm always looking for a new experience!

High School(s) where you were/are a squad member: I started dancing 21 years ago in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I trained in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, ballroom, modern, and African & Asian American dance. I started teaching at Anita’s Dance Center in 1997 where I was a company dancer with the nationally performing Midwest Connection Dance Company. My cheer career started as a SPLASH dancer for the Milwaukee Wave National Indoor Soccer Team. During my senior year of high school, I was one of five to win the L.A. Dance Excellence Competition Scholarship out of 850 dancers worldwide.

College(s) where you were/are a squad member: In 2005, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Marketing while maintaining a strong focus on dance. I performed as a singer/dancer for four years with the premiere collegiate performance group, the UW-Madison Wisconsin Singers. The group entertains more than 50,000 people across the nation each year with Broadway style choreography, high powered vocals and instrumentals. After college, I moved to NYC for a year and trained with top choreographers at the Broadway Dance Center. Then I moved to Tucson in 2006.
