Laura Eilers to contribute fitness, nutrition and health tips!!

Alumni Cheerleaders is excited that our talented member Laura Eilers (former Kansas City Chiefs and current St. Louis Rams Cheerleader) will be contributing fitness, nutrition and health tips on our site!!  Laura  is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and currently directs UPF4Kids after school programming in fitness, cheerleading, dance and drama.  Laura represents Eurotard dance and activewear and is co-founder of Going Pro Entertainment.  She has cheered for the St. Louis Rams, Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Wizards (MLS), and was a UDA head instructor.  In addition, she is a graduate of William Jewell College and has coached, choreographed and judged at the professional, collegiate and high school level.
